Make way for the parade!

It is officially the Summer of 2014 and the BIA Parade of Homes is fast approaching!

The parade dates will be from July 19th through August 3rd.

The preview party will be held on July 18th.  Anyone can purchase tickets here.  Proceeds will benefit Habitat for Humanity - MidOhio and BIA Foundation. 

Silvestri Group, LLC has submitted yet another gorgeous home design to the parade this year and DeLena has it listed!

This year's parade will be at the Trails End subdivision in Delaware at the corner of Home Road and Olentangy River Road.  12 builders have submitted homes, including Silvestri Group, LLC, 3 Pillar Homes, Bob Webb Homes, Compass Homes, Coppertree Homes, M/I Homes, Inc. Dani Homes, Ltd., P&D Builders, Ltd., Romanelli and Hughes Building Company, Trinity Homes, New Home Builder, Truberry Custom Homes, and Weaver Custom Homes.
